I don’t know how to balance my skincare as an athlete. [misc]

I have been struggling with moderate acne since I was 13 and it’s always made me insecure about how I looked, so recently, I finally started a basic skincare routine of just cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen. However, I run track and field, and play football and basketball and i’m pretty much doing physical activity and sweating about 2-3 times a day, whether it be lifting or a workout. I know it’s recommended to wash your face every time you sweat, but when I wash it should I be using all of the products again or just water or something else? I’m just very confused on how to balance all of it out or if i’m missing any products.
