Hello all, I am getting more into skincare and want some guidance.

Background info: My skin tone is honey bronze from the various tests I've taken (I think also called 4W1?). I use organic aloe vera cream to moisturize my face every day once in the morning, after a shower, and before bed, as well as if I feel like I need the extra moisture. I use locally made organic shea butter once a week over the dark spots on my face since I read it helps to even out the skin. Lastly, I use a cleansing foam in the morning every day. My skin type is normal but can sometimes be dry and I don't have acne just ache scars and dark spots.

So what would be the best to start with? Vitamin C, Retinol, or AHAs? My end goal is to have skin that's the same skin tone, skin radiance & smoothness.
