I use tretinoin and spf on a daily basis. I have for a while considered getting some kind of skincare device for anti-aging purposes, like a led mask or some of the medicube devices. Which one should I get, if any? What's better, led mask or medicube? I'm 24, have some fine lines and big pores/acne-prone skin. I have combination skin and also atopic dermatitis, although not severe. I have a simple skincare routine with tretinoin, moisturizer, spf and occasionally a hydrating serum. I mostly use skincare products from Avène.
I wouldn't recommend either...
Talk to a Derm about doing a treatment in-office. especially given the price point at some of those things.. It makes more sense to have a professional do it, imo.
anti-aging shit is 90% your lifestyle... no smoking (anything), stay outta the sun, no drinking, stay Hydrated, eat a clean diet, moisturize, etc..
