Hey guys,
I‘m struggling with really bad subaceous filaments across my nose and under my eyes. I also struggle with small milia under my eyes and closed comedoneson my forehead.
I have tried every type of acid in all availible forms to get rid of my subaceous filaments, every concentration, always over 3-4 months, no progress. I tried extraxting them, I tried leaving them, I tried BP, I tried double cleansing, nothing works!
The same goes for my milia. I got them extracted a few times but that doesn‘t get rid of them, they always come back. Also no product of the above makes them budge even the tiniest bit.
For my closed comedones I tried all products I mentioned already, as well as Adapalene. While Adapalene did seem to improve the rest of my skin a tiny bit after going through a whole tube, it didn‘t do anything for my cc‘s. Unfortunately I moved and my new derm doesn‘t want to give me a prescreption anymore (I live in Germany).
Does anyone have some advice left for me? I burned through so much money already and went to so many derms.
I currently use the following products: - Galderma Benzaknen 5% BP Wash (1x daily) - TO Lactic Acid 5% HA (every 2-3 days) - Bioderma Atoderm gel-crème (2x daily) - Nø Cosmetics Liquid Hydrator (2x daily)
FYI: I have very sensitive skin, everything slightly comedogenic seems to break me out so I landed on a very minimalistic and gentle routine. I also have combination skin (oily t zone and the rest dry), which is why I go for a gel moisturizer everyday.
I‘m happy for every piece of advice!
P.S. I also struggle with very heavy bags under my eyes in the morning no matter if I‘m tired or not. Coffein cream seems to work pretty decent, but maybe there‘s some better things I could try? I‘m open for any recommendations :)
