My holy grail makeup remover is Soap And Glory Puffy Eye Attack Makeup Remover - it's a gel and is incredibly smooth, gentle, effective, and nourishing on my skin. Target used to sell it in stores, then only online, and now it's not even available via Target's website. In fact, the only place I can find it online is Amazon. Cue me ordering two bottles in a row because the first did not come with a safety seal under the cap and the bottle had pink makeup residue on it. I figured I got a returned product or something and bought a second. But the second bottle showed up again without a safety seal, and the bottle was grimy.

Yes, I understand some leakage might happen in transit, but I SWEAR these used to come from the store with a seal under the cap. I just cannot find any info re: if this is true.
