Im currently on isotretinoin taking a 20mg tablet daily. I used to be really oily, my face would be pizza oily 3 hours after washing my face, my back was riddled with inflamed acne and was sticky to touch, and my hair was greasy all the time too. Im about 2 months into my regimen and i no longer have these issues, my forehead and t zone just get slightly oily by the time i get home from work and i cant be anymore happier with how my skin situation is these days. Are there alternatives i shouldve tried first before going with isotretinoin? I always feel tired as hell ever since i started my regimen and it’s affecting my productivity.
