Around a week before Halloween until now I noticed I was losing a lot of games by almost double the points. It turns out that the game was giving some players 2 minutes to score like usual and others only got 60 seconds. Now I canāt see all my replays because Skillz is garbage people but I had to report every match several times and struggled to get a refund for the glitched matches. I can not get them to check for other glitched matches and as far as I know refunds have only been given to those who noticed and reported it. I think this borders on criminal but am not sure what else I can do. I hope people on hear will spread the word to check replays as well as tournaments as I found glitched losses in all rounds of different tournaments. Good luck all and any advice or way we can work together to make them fix this or that I can please let me know.
I noticed something kind of similar with big kitchen cooking. It would add extra ācustomersā at the last minute in the game, thus giving the player extra points. I reached out to skillz about it and they gave this bs excuse saying, āthe player had higher points/speed/something else and thatās how they received another customerā, even though more than once the gameplay would be identical between the two players. Itās absolute trash that they donāt have game replay on all games, especially since some games are $$$.
Itās super frustrating, but perhaps voice your frustration about this to them, especially if it makes the game unenjoyable
