Healthcare visa UK - changing company

Hi Wonder if anybody can advise, I have just arrived on Health care visa (work permit) to UK but the employer is changing location of work to another city and being very slow or not providing details of work, benefits, company etc.

Can they legally do that? And can I do anything about it? Can I Refuse as agreed place of work is another city.

Can I change employer with new cos and will I get fees back or not? Will this affect my BRP?

And if the company cancel my cos will I get my fees back and how long will I have to find another employment?

Has anybody had experience of this before? Any advise would be appreciated
