Please help. Render crashes EVERY TIME and I need it done for a deadline (Ft. V-Ray)

Hey everyone,

I made a render of a villa, and it needs to be done for a portfolio asap. The first render or two did work, but after that, it crashes every time at 3%. I'm at wits end and have no idea on what the problem might be. Tried to render it on a different system, but crashed there too, so it must be in the file itself somewhere. Any advice?
