Anyway to easily get this imported .dwg to lay on the face of this box for push/pull?

Hi! Trying to turn this into an .stl for 3D printing tl make a 'woodblock' print type tool. I can't seem to find a quick way, aside from drawing lines within the closed shapes, to get them to connect to the face of the box so I can push/pull them. I searched the extensions, and ha e tried a few things, but nothing works. Is there a simple way I'm missing?
