Post Body

Faintest Idea hails from King's Lynn, England and was formed around 2006. Dani is the only remaining original member, though many of the others have been around for multiple albums. Calling their brand of ska "rude boy street punk", they've released 4 albums of infectious ska and punk beats mixed with biting political commentary. They've been signed to TNS Records since their second album, and frequently collaborate and play with both other TNS acts and the greater UK punk scene, most recently Knife Club and Roshambo.

Band Bio: Faintest Idea take the bouncing beat of 2 Tone Ska and smash it over the head with fast, angry UK Punk. Hailing from the East Anglian region of Britain the rabble rousing political lyrics are shouted over layers of catchy brass lines and heavy boot stomping beats. Signed to TNSrecords the band have extensively toured the UK, Europe, Russia, Canada and Japan and had major airplay on BBC Radio 1’s Punk Show with Mike Davies, being invited down to the legendary Maida Vale Studios in London to record a live session.
