Does anyone have information about “the Nonions”?

They appear on the Ska Down Her Way, Women of Ska Vol. 2 compilation and have a track called “Happy Meal”. It’s really fun, it reminds me of early No Doubt.
Google only pulls up this one song and album. I can’t find anything more about them: where are they from, who plays in the band and if they made any other material.
