Here's an idea

What if there were tinies, roughly around 1"-2", who you placed in your hair after you styled it, and then throughout the day they just maintained the style. Keeping stray ends down, adjusting and tightening slipping hair ties or braids, and conditioning any spot that get exposed to excessive heat or sunlight.

In return, the tinies get to stay off the ground and travel around with you. They be particularly helpful with maintaining the back of your hair, and susing out any split ends that need to be trimmed.
