Being entrapped against a breast would be bad for your back in the long run.

Being suspended at a curved angle with different pressures acting on you, it's just a hot recipe for developing a hunchback.
The ability to stretch out your spine against gravity is critical for long-term health, so maybe opportunities to stand within the cleavage of the breast or hang off a necklace to stretch yourself out would be needed. Also just laying back against the sternum, standing against the bra would often some relief from spinal pressure.
