Tinies who purr.

When I think of a tiny I think of a smaller, normal person, but with some physical attributes that may benefit them for their size.
One of these attributes is having a very slightly larger chest cavity for air and stamina, and additionally, the ability to purr and subtly vibrate. I feel this is best for cuddly tinies who can make their holder physically feel good.
