How to use 19.99 bring a friend for season pass holder?

I got an email stating I can bring a friend up to 4x for 19.99 since I have a season pass, but when I go into my Portal, I don't see the deal.
I sign in and go to make a purchase, and the tickets are still full price for general admission.
Was the email a mistake or am I doing something wrong?
