I’ve watched Sister Wives from the very beginning when it came out. I’m starting to feel a little gaslit or maybe I need to go back to Season 1 & watch ALL of them again, but I never ever saw Meri as a mean person or the way he describes her. To me, when she divorced him so that he could marry Robyn & adopt her kids, that was such a selfless decision. I’ve never seen her be out right mean to others. I know she had her little affair & I think she was hurting/lonely. Is there more that I’m not seeing & Meri is truly that bad or is Kody just gaslighting me to question what I’ve seen through the screen? Genuinely curious what others think.

I think that if Meri was actually mean or unfair, Janelle would have been relieved when she and Kody got the legal divorce. Instead, Janelle was worried about the legal power being transferred to Robyn, and advocated for Meri to get her fair share out of Coyote Pass as well.
Kody is the mean one in this equation.
