How do I Stop purging, I need help 😭

Hey guys so as the title says, I need help to stop myself purging. It’s a constant cycle of spending hundreds of £/$ on clothes, wigs, make up, and heels, and it ends up being all thrown away. The cycle just repeats it self and I end up loosing a lot of money.
Do you guys have any suggestions? Xx
