Hands free hypno?

Hey girls! Back again hehe trying to figure out now how I know if hypnosis is even working? When I’m watching I feel relaxed but I still move sometimes even if the video says to stay still does that break me out of the hypnosis? Also I really wanna know if I’m even being hypnotized but I’m not sure it’s working? Thanks for all replies!!
