Help incorporating sounding play as a sissy

I have been sounding myself for a while, but I am looking to meet up with a dom irl, and I would like ideas (as would they) on how to incorporate sounding into our sessions.
I am caged usually, are there cages it is easier to sound me through, or would you recommend removing the cage?
Any help & stories greatly appreciated!
