Over the weekend I made a post asking for exercises that would help me lose weight while gaining female form. Low and behold a body builder found the idea interesting to design a workout focusing 100% on creating a trim, lean body with a round booty leaving out traditional male arm work outs.

Big Butts, not Biceps.

It is a 5 days a week gym thing so you have to be committed to getting girly and having a psychic change in lifestyle. I don't know about you but it's worth it to me, I am ready to embrace my true self.
