How to stop purging

TL;DR: Purging is really inconvenient, how do I stop doing it?
I enjoy being a sissy, but at times my pnc makes me purge heavily; I delete accounts, throw away toys and clothing, and strongly repress my sissy side. The sissy side only comes back stronger, and then it's really inconvenient to have no sissy items or accounts when the urges return. Can anybody share advice on how to quit purging?
