I just moved into a new apartment slightly over a week ago and the first morning I wake up with headache, pressure in the left side of my face, nasal congestion, pressure/burning in my left eye. I took some sinus medication and nasal spray and it provided some relief but symptoms would return. I left town for thanksgiving and I felt much better. I returned Saturday night and tho it hasn’t been as bad as last week, I still now have itchiness in my left nostril and a headache as of this morning. I’ve heard mold could be a culprit but I haven’t seen any evidence of mold in the apartment. I suspect it might be in the HVAC if there is in fact any mold present. What are the chances this is caused by mold, could it be a change in the weather, I just wanna feel normal again
