So basically my ex and myself are disagreeing on many things. He is making wild accusations towards me. Issues he has never raised prior and he has asked me to do Mediation. Now I have never refused to discuss issues with him. We do not get along, but I’m baffled by the issues and concerns he has raised. For example, he has accused me of over medicating my kid. My sons are both of mediation for opposite issues. My 13 year old has ADHD, very well logged details since the age of 5. My 11 year old has ADD, which was diagnosed in 2020. And this child has blossomed since beginning medication.

I have asked my ex to meet with me to discuss issues without a mediator, our agreement states to exhaust all options before suggesting mediation. I can’t afford mediation, I’m a struggling single parent. I’m trying to earn a degree so I can get a better paying job. It seems like he is trying to cause me financial hardships.
