So I guess my story starts on the 31st of July. The mom and I (Dad30) where both having a bad week, she ha chronic depression an suffers with some other mental health issues. My self in a already stressful place o work I was dealing with several deceased 2 which happened to be friends of mine so even tho he had split up almost 8 motnhs prior at this point i am back 3-4 days a week helping with the kids an giving her any money or time she asked for. We start talking about reconsiling an trying again as we never really had the time to date before we had our 1st daughter who is 4 now an then soon after her sister who is 3. The friday my bank card was broken I asked to send her some money to take out for my rent at my new place. What could go wrong right? Saterday comes she sends me a text saying she has 300 of the 600 i need an was busy so couldent do it that day she owuld do it on my sunday kids day visit.

Sunday comes we walk with our oldest girl after a miserable starrt to the day. We get to the bank to find out the rest of my check is frozen in her account.. We figure out how to get my rent money out an i left her with the rest as it was said it should be find by tuesday. She kept just underhandedly being nasty. I stopped her an asked you to stop as I was already angry and I really dident want to take it out on her at which point she flips her lid. Storms off back toward s her house cancled my time with my kid screaming non stop for me to just go home or she was going to call the police?

From this point it carrys on intell we arive at her house I stand out side an for 2 hours she screams at me and tells me all sorts of nasty things concerning some of the crazy stuff I had been talking with her about that already had me pretty depressed. I held my toing an repetedly asked her to call the police if she would not allow me to get my things as they could do it. I do not have a working cell phone. Two an a half hours later my kid gets sick so I snatch her keys an let my self in to clean my kid up as at this point an no matter the situation they come first. she continues to sit on her ass an scream at me..

I get my kid cleaned up an some meds for her tummy get what I could in 40 seconds showed her so she did not think I was taking anything of hers. an all of a sudden she is on a facebook call with some dude threatening me to get away from her and my kid as I was attempting to ask her if she sent me any money she needed back becides the rent an reatgher then a yes or no had anothr guy step in to remove me?

Now this takes us to last wednesday.. I had the only picture of her mother. I offered to give it back. I asked to know what I did so wrong to have all thiis happen. to be expected she refused and little to my knowlage tell later that after noon she called the police told a good enough story an I now had the police walking into my place of work an my boss pissed an phone me. I had no idea what I could have done. I called the police set up a meeting an waited.. I was promptly rrested an still have not been explained to qwhat exactly I did.

I love my kids so much.. I just dont know how to keep trying to see them if its going to put my job, freedom, an safety at risk to do so..
