Single dad needing advice
Post Body

I have 2 kids 7 and 5 both girls,. Their mom left over a year ago . We filled out divorce paperwork before she left but i didnt think to do it in front of a notary. She did most if not all of the writing on the paperwork. She wanted to give up parental rights and I agreed to no support from her and sole custody. When she left I had no forwarding address. I filed and they sent me some paperwork about due diligence . I was not able to go in and ask them what to do with it because of my work schedule. When I finally was able to I got her address amd phone number from her to put it on the paperwork. They served her the original divorce packet we had filled out now that they had an address for her. She responded and I was told we will have a zoom meeting november 18th. Yesterday before work I got something from the court saying we both need to contact an adr coordinator and provide w2 , 5 pay stubs and last taxes filed and it said that we would be discussing child support, parenting time, and custody. I am nervous that she is trying to change the agreement. She has not seen them in person since she left. She would only ask about them once a week or 2 weeks and barely called 1 time a month. She is now with someone that has kids and I worry that she is going to want to share custody or worse. She didn't work most of the time we were married/dating and never worked after having kids until she moved away. Any advice ? Does she have a leg to stand on? I'm freaking out cause my kids are my world amd I never told her she had to leave she wanted to leave. Please anyone that has been thru this share any info
