So just about everybody who’s in this subreddit is single but happy, fulfilled, content, etc. You would all be ok perfectly fine if you never went on a date again. My question is before you got to that point in your life, were you in a relationship and/or marriage beforehand that unfortunate ended in a bad note?

I guess I’m trying to figure if most of you got to this point due to relationships that ended for whatever reason or if you got to this point even though you have never been on a date before.
