Sleigh Bells on a foot tambourine?

I've got a slew of holiday gigs coming up and thought it would be easy to find a sleigh bell foot tambourine to swap out for my regular one... but I'm not finding anything online! Unsure where else to turn, I thought I'd come to Reddit and ask other enthusiasts of feet tambourines- singer songwriters, of course!
Great if you know of something already made, but I'm also open to suggestions of a DIY you've come up with to make your holiday sound a little more, well, holiday-y. TIA!
