So I've read about the Mandela Effect, about some of the boundaries in quantum physics and mathematics, and some of the quotes from scientists saying that we may be living in a simulation. But I have to say, I'm still not fully convinced.
Firstly, the Mandela Effect can just be placed to memory issues, but even if it was evidence of multiple universes or timelines, it doesn't point directly to simulation theory.
With regards to the speed of light and other mathematic/scientific 'proof', I feel that these could just be the rules of the universe which we are determined to explain in human terms. And there could be numerous explanations including God, there's no reason to favour the simulation over these other theories.
And finally with regards to the logical arguments provided by Nick Bostrom, I feel as though this linear logical argument could be made in favour of almost anything. It's working towards a conclusion rather than following the evidence.
I'm remaining open-minded so hit me with your most robust, convincing arguments in favour of simulation theory!
