Lot disappearing and multiple days of progress lost.

my lot and most of my progress keeps resetting after leaving to main menu or manage worlds. My sims had a child and it reset them back to teens and the baby was left blank with no parents after. Yes I save my game before hand, it even still shows the full lot in manage worlds then disappears when In game. Any helpers? I need to know if it’s my mods or just sims itself being it’s usually buggy self.
