Sims not cleaning

Is anyone else having issues lately with their sims not cleaning dishes. They will walk around and gather up dirty dishes and then set them down or pick up a plate and then immediately set it down. Even the maid isn't cleaning them. I'm having to drag the dishes to the sink.
