This has happened with creating new sims, aging up sims, or editing townies. They wind up with stuff in their hands (or other places) that I can't find a way to get rid of. The Accessories section of the outfit doesn't have the item available, and sometimes CAS is telling me they don't have any accessories equipped at all. Mostly it's been a paddle, but this one aged up to teen and now she has a bong in her hand when she's in sleepwear that won't go away.

I did the no townies edit to adult CC to keep them from walking around with double dildos all over the place. Is this another manifestation of the same issue? If so, how do I fix existing playable sims?
