Historic Autumn Avenue: I originally saw this build on youtube and loved it, but there was only 1 functional building. The other 5 were debug (which I tried to recreate to keep the feel the same) so I built and decorated them.
I love lots that make the game feel open world, and many times with mods, it's possible. It is on the gallery!
It has 4 units (3 are fully furnished, the largest unit is 2 floors above the spa and I left empty with the exception of appliances counters etc). Historic Autumn Avenue has a gym, nail salon (spa), bar (this was the original shell placed on the lot), vet clinic, and cafe! I am in the process of playtesting. But wanted to share!
