Base Game Version of the Prettiest House I've Ever Built

Post Body

I made a post about the prettiest house I had ever built a couple of days ago. Someone was disappointed it wasn't base game, and I'm procrastinating working on a project again, so I took all night to make this version. It was an emergency.

I think it works? It definitely doesn't generate the same feeling, but it's still nice. I was honestly surprised by how many things stayed the same. Except for the gorgeous green wallpaper in the main room, all of the internal wallpapers were aleady BG. Some furniture and mirrors. Bathrooms were virtually unchanged.

The biggest difference is the fireplace. My DLC version of this build had an iron wood stove in the living room. There are no BG wood stoves, so I had to change it to a fireplace, which meant I had to build a chimney, which meant I had to get rid of windows, and it turned into a whole thing.

The kitchen isn't green anymore and that makes me sad.

And I hate all of the doors. I want my Strangerville doors back.

I did my best to take the screenshots at the same angle and time of day. Except for the front view of the house. That shot was garbage nonsense on my last post, so this post gets the dynamic sunset lighting.

The BG and DLC builds are up on the gallery. My gallery ID is SecondTroy.
