Ah I am obsessed with her. Spell caster who just recently moved to Brindleton Bay in an amazing build by SimmarySims (on the gallery, Brindleton Apartments)
Thanks to mods it all functions as a cafe, park, bar, and apothecary. (Added the bar and apothecary in the basement)
Lot type is residential rental. Mods used are My Little Neighborhood, Live in Business, and Auto Employees. (All thanks to LittleMsSam) also used a mod to make brewed potions worth $ (by icemunmun)
