Sims 3 Late Night Paparazzi

Hi, I just recently bought sims 3 on origin after not playing it in forever and sadly can’t find all my old disk EP’s and SP’s. But the bundle I bought came with Late Night. I remember the paparazzi following your every move and showing up at your house. However, my sim is a 4 star celebrity and I have seen a maybe 1 paparazzi in my entire gameplay over the past few days. If anyone has a tip or knows how to fix this “problem” then please let me know!
