FINAL EDIT : So, the game itself was saved outside onedrive, like most people. For some reasons the CC and the towns, the families etc. were stored in Documents, which IS in onedrive. Why can't I just tell the game to look elsewhere to find those information when I launch it? I don't have this answer. That being said, I sound that if I moved the synchronised file (with the cc in it) and tell my computer stop synch documents, I could in fact put the old synch file in it and it won't be synchronised anymore. That being said, if like myself you need onedrive for school or work, that's not very useful to not synch Documents, but you just can't choose a single file like "Electronic Arts", so that sucks but that's a onedrive problem. So in a way, my original post isn't completly false because if you don't know your shit, like I did, well you will end up paying for the subscription because you just can't tell EA to not put the CC and cie in the Document file, apparently, correct me if I'm wrong there but that's what I found on actual website about this subject. Thanks to people who actually helped. I was mean to others because for some reason me being at lost was a good enough reason not to help and just say "ugh that's not happening to me". I got mad after that, of course. The end. P.s. I still hate EA and Microsoft tbhm both cies provide BS.

EDIT : People are saying I don't have to synch in onedrive blablabla, right but it's too late for that now, if I click on "don't synch" (first of all it's the whole DOCUMENT file, I can't just select Electronic Arts), well my saves and my content all disapear from the game for some reasons... So, second of all, I basically can't play the Sims 3 unless I sacrifice what I did and redownload ALL of the CC that I have. I don't understand what I can do to just play the fucking game with my saves without having the synch on lol I would need help if you have an idea of what's wrong.

I'm in my 30's and I've been playing the Sims since it all started. I played the Sims 3 for the longest time. I used to play on origin, it worked, I wasn't mad about it. I recently started to play again and I discovered Ea app.

So basically, you can't play without this synchronising everything in your cloud. But the onedrive cloud is 5go max if you don't pay for a subscription... I don't want to pay for that, think about it : if you don't pay, you'll bust your 5go and you won't receive emails anymore lol where I live they charge you about 10$ for 1To every month, but they could change it to 20$ if they wanted and I couldn't do shit about it.

If I want to use a random email, I have to disconnect my main email from my computer because they don't want you to have two onedrive on the same computer, wow that's so convenient.

I'm very disapointed in EA. I can even say that I'm actually mad and I don't even want to play the game anymore, the way they make it impossible to just not synch with onedrive has made me bitter and disgusted. I find irony and it all since the game is heavily focus on capitalizing lol

What do you think? Have you find a way to bypass this in a very simple fashion?
