Hi everyone! I want to do a rags to riches legacy challenge where my sim grows up poor and each generation gets richer and richer. But for gen 1 I need a mod that would allow for alcohol and drugs is allowed. Essentially I am looking for the Sims 3 equivalent to the Basemental Drugs mod for Sims 4.
