Newbie with Space Constraints
Post Body

Hi all,

2023 is the year I start sim racing, and am not limited financially.

BUT, for now, I am very space constrained. I have a desk that can fit multiple monitors easily and floor space for the computer and pedals, But, thatā€™s about it.

Is there a recommended wheel/pedal/shifter set for my situation that is ā€œgood enoughā€ until I have more space?

And Iā€™m assuming iracing is still the preferred sim racing application? My strong preference is very good physics, so there is some transfer to the real world. Eventually, budget racing IRL.

Finally Iā€™d enjoy both road and dirt. If thereā€™s a sim that models sprint cars well, that would be fun.

Btw, Iā€™m old and wore out steering wheels on the first Grand Prix Legends. That was the first game that seemed realistic to me..
