LED Lights

Hey guys so I wanted to wire some LED lights into my bed tool box and I had a couple questions. How can I wire in a way that the lights receive power when I unlock the truck? Would it be easier to wire through the acc fuse box or just straight to the battery and add a switch to manually turn it on and off (with fuse of course)?
