Buyout lease?

Lease is ending soon and I’m thinking about buying it out it’s a 2021 Silverado 1500 LT 34k miles. The buyout price is 29.5k, I’m seeing preowned ones for sale from 33k-40k. Would I be stupid not to buy it out? Other option is extending lease another yr or getting another lease.
