in the extras settings you can select Novel for TTS engine and i can hear the sample voices.

I have an account with NovelAI and know how to the API key but I can't seem to figure out where in Silly Taven to put the API in for TTS speech - in Silly Tavern Extras in the TTS settings it says this :

Use NovelAI's TTS engine.
The Voice IDs in the preview list are only examples, as it can be any string of text. Feel free to try different options!
Hint: Save an API key in the NovelAI API settings to use it here.

but it's not clear at all once you have the key - you are supposed to put it in

As oppose to selecting Elevenlabs for TTS the API field is very obvious
