Iβm seeking tips and guidance. Alternatively, can you recommend any Punjabi fitness trainers I can connect with?
Bit of background on me: 41m 5β6 160 lbs, goal is to be at 140lbs. I generally have a good and progressive load however not consistent. I have vegetarian diet which is decent during weekdays but take a dip on weekends. For breakfast, I have oats and lunch/dinner is 2 roti max with Indian sabji. I donβt drink alcohol or sugary drinks. I would say my weekday calorie intake is around 1800 calories. As I get older, it seems to be getting harder to lose. I wanna lose that tire/uncle belly. Please help!
