Support for PNY Nvidia RTX 4070 12gb XLR8?

So I've got my 4070 setup with SignalRGB, and it detects it, but the actual lighting on the GPU is just strobing random colors (including just being off) rapidly.
Is there actual support for this GPU or did am I missing something?
