Total War Warhammer 3 or 2?

Hello everybody. As you might have guessed from the title, I am currently pivoting between TWW2 and 3. I would go with TWW2 purely because it is often on sale and I suspect that it would get even cheaper once TWW3 comes out, yet I am also interrested in the Factions of 3. So the question in the room is, if it is worth getting TWW2 this late into it's life cycle or if I should wait on 3/play it in the Game Pass.
