As a blind person, I’m looking to become more active in the advocacy community specifically related to blindness and visual impairment.

Are you involved with any advocacy groups that focus on blind individuals? If so, which ones, and what has your experience been like? I'm particularly interested in organizations that are making significant strides in accessibility, education, and rights for the blind community.
