I could really use some advice here. I used to hit the gym regularly for my workouts, but ever since I lost my vision, I'm feeling hesitant about going back. I'm just not sure if I'll be comfortable there anymore.

So, I'm turning to you all for some guidance. How do you make sure you get enough exercise as a blind person? Are there any alternative workout routines or activities you've found to be effective and enjoyable?
