how do I make all my zoom magnification all equal on controller? (uniform soldier aiming)

I am trying to match them all up and my highest accuracy by far is with 1.0x and 2.0x
Currently i have this as my sense
1.0x: 24 1.5x: 37 2.0x- 5.0x: 38 12.0x: 59
