Hip leaning on console?

I've seen a couple people on Xbox hip leaning when I spectate, I usually assume I'm seeing things but then they do it again so I know it's happening. I assumed it had something to do with have a keyboard and mouse but mine couldn't connect (mind you I don't have the proper adapter) and when I looked it up it said it's no longer compatible anyways. Is there a new way to do this on controller or are they just using keyboards? (Keep in mind I only recently got back into siege after a year).
