Guide for "best" loadout on all operators?

I struggle when choosing a operator if I'm really using their "optimal" loadout on each side. I understand a lot of times attachments come to personal preference and weapons can be dependent on your strategy for attacking/defending a site. For a casual however I was just wondering if there is a guide or something out there showing what most people use or what most people prefer on operators?
